ORDER

DUFFY, District Judge.

This matter is before the court upon Plaintiff State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company’s (“State Farm”) Motion for Summary Judgment. For the reasons set forth herein, the motion is granted.

I. BACKGROUND

This matter involves a car accident in which Defendant Eric Cribb (“Cribb”), *513while driving a 1989 Honda automobile, collided with a truck driven by Defendant Olin Broome (“Broome”), killing the two passengers in Cribb’s car and causing serious injuries to Cribb and Broome.
