In 1968, Zenith Radio Corporations Rauland Division was ordered to stop discharging pollutants into the sewers of the Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago. The order was affirmed in the Circuit Cotut and by this court in Rauland Division, Zenith Radio Corp. v. The Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago (1971), 2 Ill.App.3d 35, 275 N.E.2d 756.
