ORDER

This matter comes before this Court as a matter of right appeal following Appellant’s conviction by the Knox Circuit Court of manufacturing methamphetamine. Appellant was also charged with being a first-degree persistent felony offender.

After a jury convicted Appellant on the manufacturing charge, he entered into a plea agreement whereby he accepted the Commonwealth’s offer of an amended charge of second-degree persistent felony offender. Appellant subsequently appealed his conviction for manufacturing methamphetamine to this Court after having received a sentence of twenty-one years…
