The appeal in this case is brought seeking to reverse a judgment of the circuit court of Madison county, Arkansas, in favor of E. E. Whorton against O. M. Farmer Stave & Heading Company and Yerdi Brothers Cooperage Company for damages for personal injury alleged to have been sustained through the negligence of the appellants.
