MORROW, Judge.
The relator under arrest upon an order of the Criminal District Court adjudging him in contempt, seeks release upon an original application for writ of habeas corpus to this court.
The facts stated in the judgment show that one John Bockel was on trial for theft of cattle; that relator was his counsel, and that T. Y. Parker was a witness for the State. We copy from the order as follows:
