This action in equity was commenced by plaintiffs, Township of Hatfield and four individuals, against defendants, Lansdale Municipal Authority, hereafter referred to as the authority, William Stothoff Co., Inc., Wiley Reading, Charles R. Ridington and Thomas T. Ridington. By leave of court, during the course of the litigation, nine additional individuals were named as party plaintiffs arid the caption changed to plead a class action. Charles R. Ridington died subsequent to the filing of *283the complaint and his executrix was substituted as a party defendant.
