Reversing.
The appellees, Leonard and Charles Johnson, were plaintiffs below in separate actions. By an agreed order the actions were consolidated and tried together. Separate judgments were rendered against the Yellow Chief Coal Company, whereby Charles Johnson recovered $5,625, and Leonard Johnson .recovered $3,375. The court also adjudged a lien upon certain lands for the payment of each judgment and ordered a sale of the lands for that purpose.
