OLSZEWSKI, J.:

¶ 1 Shawn Miller appeals from the judgment of sentence following his two drug convictions. We affirm.

¶ 2 The trial court found the following facts:

On July 17, 1998 at approximately 7:15 P.M., two on-duty Philadelphia police officers, Michael Iannacone and his partner, Police Officer Barnhardt, were on routine patrol traveling southbound on 59th Street from Florence Street.
