¶ 1 Plaintiffs/Appellants Paul W. Anderson (Anderson) and Estate of Ansil Ludwick, Jr. (Estate or Ludwick) appeal from the trial court's decision affirming an order of the Oklahoma Insurance Commission (Commission). Victore Insurance Company (Victore) filed a replevin action against Anderson after his employment with Victore was terminated. Victore sought to recover a company car.
