BOBBITT, Justice.

In February, 1933, J. P. Aycock and Joe Carver, residents of Collin county, went to Raymondville, in Willacy county, to purchase a supply of onion plants. At Ray- mondville they contacted Ted Green, ap-pellee' herein, who took them in his Chevrolet coupé and showed them various onion beds in the vicinity, where plants were for sale, apparently through appellee’s agency.
