| , Appellant Bryan Miller appeals from the order of the Circuit Court of Washington County dismissing his complaint for trespass and ejectment against appellees Sherry and Michael Neil and finding in favor of the Neils on their third-party complaint for quiet title and reformation against the McIntosh Group Realtors, Inc. Miller argues that the trial court’s order permitted the oral modification of a boundary line in violation of the statute of frauds and that the trial court abused its discretion when it permitted the introduction of inadmissible hearsay.
