• The circuit court of the fourth judicial circuit has reserved to this court six questions. The facts, as they are stated in the reservation, out of which the questions arose, are as follows: “On September 23rd, 1931, Mrs. Choy Look Lum Too and Wing Sing Lum and Sue Ing Lum, minors, by their next friend above named, filed a suit in the fourth circuit court of the Territory, numbered L. 1848, against the defendant, Kaiwiki Sugar Company, Limited, to recover damages for the death of Lum Too, the husband of the said Mrs. Choy Look Lum Too and the father of the…
