The question in this case is whether several persons having a right of action for damages against one who inflicted personal injuries causing the death of another must be made parties to one suit for damages, or may bring as many suits as there are persons entitled to the right of action. The cause of action alleged in this case is that, through the negligence of the defendant, Philip M. Warren, Mrs. Arabella Stevenson Reed, mother of the plaintiff, and Miss Sarah Jennie Reed, a sister of the plaintiff, were •run over and killed by an automobile driven by the defendant. It is…
