CHESNUT, District Judge.

The plaintiffs in this action seek a temporary restraining order and a temporary injunction to stay the enforcement of and to set aside an order entered by the Interstate Commerce Commission on September 2, 1943, which rejected and dismissed an application of the plaintiffs for authority to consummate a sale of certain motor-vehicle common carrier operating rights and certain motor-vehicles, equipment and facilities to Refiners Transport and Terminal Corporation.
