The appeal in this cause is from the decree of the Chancery Court in which the complainant in his capacity of Superintendent of Banks for the State of Tennessee, was decreed a recovery of certain life insurance on the life of Clarence Henochsberg and other personal property and also the pro rata part of the amount realized from the sale of the Henochsberg home in Memphis, on the theory that the premiums on the life insurance and certain securities and personal property and a portion of the purchase price of the real estate wer& paid out of the money stolen by Henochsberg from the American…
