On May 21, 2013, the Court entered an order granting Plaintiffs summary judgment on their claim of vote dilution under § 2 of the Voting Rights Act and denying *1362the County Defendants’ motion for summary judgment. This case comes before the Court on the County Defendants’ motion to certify an interlocutory appeal of four issues they have identified related to that order and to stay this case pending appeal [153].
