This is a motion and rule by counsel for Jack Harlan Hineline, Executor of the Estate of Joseph Hineline, deceased, Catherine Hineline, widow, Harry Hineline and Anna Marie Hineline, his wife, condemnees, to quash an appeal nunc pro tunc from a report of the board of viewers, awarding the condemnees $168,000 damages and filed on November 20, 1970, which was filed 75 days thereafter on February 3,1971, by H.
