A jury convicted David Wayne Boone of six counts in violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act: trafficking in methamphetamine, OCGA § 16-13-31 (e) (Count 1); manufacture, distribution, and possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute, OCGA § 16-13-30 (b) (Counts 2-4, respectively); possession of ephedrine/pseudoephedrine, OCGA § 16-13-30.3 (b) (1) (Count 5); and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, OCGA § 16-11-106 (b) (4), (5) (Count 6).
