Donald J. Williamson P.A. (“Williamson P.A.”), a professional association of the State of New Jersey seeks to recover from the defendant, John D. Quinn Construction Corp. (“Quinn”), a New York corporation, payment for legal services and disbursements rendered in an arbitration proceeding. The Williamson association is composed of two attorneys, Donald J.
