This is a suit by Onekama Realty Company, a corporation, to impress a trust in its favor, upon George S. Wilson’s title as patentee from the government of the E. 1/2 E. 1/2 and W. 1/2 E. 1/2 of section 13, township 10 south, range 14 east, Pinal county, Arizona. To the first complaint a demurrer was sustained. Thereafter plaintiff filed an amended complaint which upon motion of defendants was stricken. Plaintiff having failed to further amend, the defendants moved the court to enter an order in their favor dismissing the cause, said motion being “based upon the pleadings and proceedings filed…
