Plaintiff filed this action seeking a determination of paternity for a child conceived while the child’s mother was married to another man. Plaintiff alleges that the child was not an issue of the marriage, because he is the child’s biological father. The question presented is whether plaintiff has standing under the Paternity Act, MCL 722.711 et seq., to seek a determination of paternity.
