Appellee has owned and has been in possession of certain lands in Mississippi county, Arkansas, for more than twenty-four years. These lands are within the St. Francis Levee District and are, therefore, subject to the levee taxes imposed by said district. The lands became delinquent for the taxes of the years 1926 to 1932, inclusive. The Levee Board started separate proceeding’s to foreclose the tax lien of the district for each of the first four years.
