MEMORANDUM OPINION
FEIKENS, Chief Judge.
Plaintiff, Herbert Hill, has sued defendant, Terminix International, Inc., in a four-count Complaint alleging breách of an implied employment contract, wrongful employment termination, and breach of an implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing in the employment contract. The Complaint was originally filed in Wayne County Circuit Court, and defendant removed the action to this Court. Jurisdiction is based on 28 U.S.C. § 1332, there being complete diversity between the parties.
