F. M. Power filed suit for injunction against W. L. Andrews and six others, as trustees of the Archer City independent school district No. 1, alleging that petitioner was a ' taxpayer and citizen of Archer City, Archer county, Tex., and that on the 1st day of January, 1921, plaintiff was the owner of lot 1, in block 2, of the town of Archer City, and that he was -the owner of one automobile of the value of $500, and money and cash on deposit in the sum of $6,500, and jewelry of the value of $500.
