Quality Furniture, Inc., doing business as Wigwam Furniture Store, brought a negligence action against Jerry Hay, individually, Jerry Hay, Inc., Pacific Insurance Co., 2 et al., 3 for failure to procure insurance. The trial court, sitting without a jury, found for the defendants.

We affirm.
