MEMORANDUM OPINION
ORMA R. SMITH, District Judge.
This interpleader action is before the court for final disposition on the record herein and Stipulation of Facts executed by the parties to the action.
Plaintiff filed this action pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C.A. § 1335 alleging, in substance, that the amount in controversy exceeded the jurisdictional amount of $500.00, exclusive of interest and costs, i. e. the sum of $30,169.80, and at least two claimants, of diverse citizenship, claim or may claim to be entitled to the money or some part thereof.
