This matter comes before the court on a petition for review of an order of the Referee in Bankruptcy, invalidating a mechanic’s lien which the petitioner, Frederick C. Hahn, had recorded in the New Haven land records on January 12, 1953, just preceding the adjudication in bankruptcy of the Glen Haven Estates, Inc., whose petition in bankruptcy was filed January 19, 1953.
