[,The defendant in this workers’ compensation litigation matter, Country Club Auto Repair, Inc. (Country Club Auto Repair), a Lake Charles, Louisiana automotive body shop, appeals the judgment of the workers’ compensation judge (WCJ) which found that the plaintiff, Michael Broussard, suffered a work-related accident and which awarded him weekly indemnity benefits, reasonable medical treatment, and statutory penalties and attorney fees.
