PRENDERGAST, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for perjury. On the night of February 31, 1916, a house in Graham, in said county, belonging to the Tidwells and occupied at the time as a barber shop by Guy Uorred and James Self, was set fire to and burned. Shortly thereafter appellant was indicted, tried and convicted for arson, the burning of said house. Said Guy Uorred was also indicted as an accomplice of appellant in said offense of arson.
