— In an action, inter alia, for partition of real property, the defendant Robert Binenfeld appeals from an interlocutory judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County (Hunter, R.), entered January 8, 1987, which imposed an equitable lien, and ordered partition and sale of the property.
Ordered that the interlocutory judgment is affirmed, with costs.
