Supreme Court, New York County, entered March 3, 1977, denying appellant’s motion for summary judgment, unanimously reversed, on the law, without costs or disbursements, and the motion for summary judgment granted to the extent that the plaintiffs shall have judgment on their cause of action for ejectment. The cause of action for damages is severed and remanded for appropriate proceedings not inconsistent herewith.
