LOUISE W. FLANAGAN, United States District Judge *649This matter is before the court on defendant's motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction and improper venue (DE 16). Plaintiff responded in opposition to the motion and defendant replied. In this posture, the issues raised are ripe for ruling. For the following reasons, defendant's motion to dismiss is granted.
