OPINION REGARDING TRUSTEE’S OBJECTION TO DEBTOR’S AMENDED EXEMPTIONS AND TRUSTEE’S MOTION FOR TURNOVER OF PROPERTY OF THE ESTATE

This case is before the Court on the Chapter 7 Trustee’s objection to the Debt- or’s amended exemptions, and on the Trustee’s motion entitled “Trustee’s Motion for Turnover of Property of the Estate.” 1 The Court held a hearing on September 1, 2010, and then held an evidentiary hearing on October 4, 2010.
