Sharp v. Bryan

This is an appeal on questions of law from the judgment on a verdict of a jury in an action for damages for personal injuries and to an automobile, arising out of an accident occurring on January 23, 1960, on U. S. Highway 250 at its intersection with a private driveway near Sandusky, Ohio.
