Action to contest the will of John Alt, deceased, on the ground of testamentary incapacity and undue influence. At the close of all the evidence the court directed a verdict sustaining the will. Judgment was entered on the verdict and contestants have appealed.
Error is assigned upon the exclusion of evidence and upon the court's failure to submit the cause to the jury. A statement of facts is necessary and a fair statement required an extended one.
