KAREN KING MITCHELL, Judge.

This is a breach of contract, defamation, and tortious interference case. The primary issues are whether the defendants published true statements about the plaintiff and whether the plaintiff released the defendants from liability for the publication of confidential information. We hold that, as a matter of law, the statements were either true or substantially true and that, under the circumstances of this case, the plaintiff released the defendants from liability for the publication of accurate information to the entity that requested it.
