GARY M. GAERTNER, Presiding Judge.

Movant, Walter Robinson, Jr., appeals from the denial of his Rule 27.26 motion after an evidentiary hearing. Movant was convicted of first degree robbery and sentenced to fifteen years in prison. This court affirmed his conviction on direct ap*812peal in State v. Robinson, 674 S.W.2d 144 (Mo.App., E.D.1984). Movant claimed ineffective assistance of counsel and a violation of his due process rights in his Rule 27.26 motion. In this appeal, movant asserts that the motion court erred in denying his motion.
