This is an action on account, breach of contract, and quantum meruit arising out of Defendant Sterling Seating, Inc.’s (“Sterling”) alleged failure to pay for Plaintiff Central Transport International’s (“Central Transport”) freight transportation services. According to the complaint, Sterling entered into an agreement on May 20, 2002 for the motor carrier services of Central Transport to be provided on open account.
