Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Broome County (Monserrate, J.), rendered August 14, 1984, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of two counts of the crime of robbery in the first degree.
The primary contention on this appeal is whether the People established a knowing and intelligent waiver of defendant’s Miranda rights. A review of the Huntley hearing transcript shows that defendant was implicated in the armed robbery of two convenience stores in Broome County on April 3 and April 5, 1984.
