This is an action of trespass brought by the plaintiff against the defendant for certain acts of trespass alleged to have been committed by the defendant ón a strip of land 16 feet wide and about 54 feet long, located at Kennebunk Beach, so-called, on Lord’s Point bounded and described as follows, to wit:
