Convicted of robbery in the first degree, appellant attacks the judgment and the order denying his motion for a new trial upon three grounds: (1) that the trial court should not have admitted into evidence the police officers’ testimony as to appellant’s reaction to the playing of a recording of his codefendant’s confession, which implicated appellant in the crime; (2) that the court erred in denying his motions for a continuance and a new trial on the ground of newly discovered evidence; and (3) that the evidence did not sufficiently support the verdict and judgment.
