—Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Canfield, J.), entered April 14, 1998 in Albany County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to review a determination of respondents which calculated the length of petitioner’s sentence.

Petitioner was convicted of the crime of manslaughter in the first degree and in December 1977 he was sentenced to a prison term of SVs to 25 years. Following his release on parole supervision, petitioner pleaded guilty to the crime of attempted grand larceny in the third degree and was sentenced to a prison term…
