BAUM, Chief Judge:

Appellant was tried by a general court-martial, military judge alone. Pursuant to his pleas of guilty, entered in accordance with a pretrial agreement, he was convicted of committing one act of sodomy with a cluld under the age of twelve years, in violation of Article 125 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 925. Appellant was sentenced to a reduction to pay grade E-l, confinement for eleven months, and a bad-conduct discharge (BCD).
