On February 25, 1937, an involuntary petition under Section 77B of the then existing Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 207, was filed in the district court by three creditors of the 4500 North Hermitage Avenue Apartments Corporation,- a corporation (hereinafter referred to as the debtor), one of which creditors was appellant, Clover-dale State Bank. The amount of the claim of such bank, as shown by the petition, was $19,500.
