This 'appeal requires a review of a trial by jury in which a judgment for $1,000, with interest at the rate of 6 per cent, per annum from July 24, 1930, and costs, was rendered in favor of Bertha West, the beneficiary of an accident insurance policy, issued and delivered on the 24th day of May, 1929, by the North American Ascident & Insurance Company, Chicago, Ill., to Virgil R.
