RULING AND ORDER ON 'DEFENDANTS’ MOTION TO DISMISS

CHATIGNY, District Judge.

Plaintiff, a Connecticut inmate, brings this action pro se and informa paureria under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The defendants have moved to dismiss the complaint on a variety of grounds. Accepting the allegations of the complaint as true, and construing them in a manner most favorable to the pro se plaintiff, the complaint fails to state a claim on which relief can be granted. Accordingly, the motion is granted.
