On June 30, 2003, this Court granted Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss [Doc. No. 17] absent opposition. Soon thereafter, the Court received Plaintiffs Memorandum in Opposition to Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss [Doc. No. 19], which was filed on June 30, 2003, dated June 20, 2003, and included a certification that it was mailed on June 27, 2003.
