MEMORANDUM AND OPINION
ROSENTHAL, District Judge.
Roñica J. Evans sued Courtesy Chevrolet in Texas state court, alleging omissions and misrepresentations in a retail installment sales contract for the purchase of a car and asserting causes of action for fraud by misrepresentation, fraud by concealment, and violations of the Texas Finance Code, § 349.009 et seq. In her original petition, Evans explicitly disclaimed reliance on federal law. (Docket Entry No. 1, Ex. 1 at 2).
