In this forfeiture action, claimants Gerald Ostipow and Royetta Ostipow1 appeal by right the trial *245court’s order granting plaintiffs motion for summary disposition. The trial court denied claimants’ motion for reconsideration but granted claimants’ motion for stay provided claimants posted a $150,000 bond. This Court declined to review the bond conditions of the stay. We now reverse and remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
