Appeal from Polk District Court. — Wm. H. McHenry, Judge. Suit by appellant to recover for injuries sustained by his minor son. Verdict was directed for defendant, and plaintiff appeals.

He traveled a path which crossed the tracks of the defendant, and we may assume, for present purposes, this path was a licensed one.
